We recently completed a full new roof installation in Ash Vale, Surrey.
The project involved stripping the existing roof back to the structural timbers due to uneven levels and structural inconsistencies that were affecting performance.
Once exposed, we installed new structural timbers alongside retained sound sections, removed defective areas, and added firrings to bring the entire roof back to a straight, level framework. This was essential to ensure correct falls, alignment, and long-term durability - particularly important for properties across Surrey exposed to heavy rainfall and seasonal weather changes.

We also removed two old Velux windows and installed two new units, replaced the existing flue with a new compliant system, and completed the roof with dry ridge and dry hip systems throughout, along with a new valley installation.
The result is a fully rebuilt, structurally sound roof designed for durability, improved drainage, and long-term weather resistance.
